 Why experience the bait and switch? I am sure that you as I have in the past, called a carpet cleaning company to get a price to have your carpets cleaned. Over the phone they quote you a pretty inexpensive price (which is the bait), so you schedule an appointment. The company shows up as scheduled and he or she starts walking around measuring and looking over the carpet to be cleaned. After looking it over, they tell you that your carpet is dirtier than they thought it was going to be and that you are going to need chemical to clean (the switch) and that the bill is going to be considerably more.

 We do also recommend that you have us protect your carpet after we clean it. Any newer carpet comes from the factory with scotchguard protection. As soon as you have your carpets cleaned, that protection is stripped away. What this protection does for you is it acts like a coating over your carpet that if you happen to spill something on it, it will remain on the top of the carpet and not soak into the fibers. This doesn’t mean that you can just let the sill sit there for long periods of time, but it gives you enough time to clean it up.
